Welcome to Diversity Design. By making a purchase in our store, you agree to the following sales terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Sales Policy
In-Store Purchases Only: We do not sell products directly through our website or over the phone. All purchases must be made in-store at our physical location.
Notification of Purchase: Before making any transaction, we will notify customers verbally and provide relevant information on the receipt. This ensures clarity on our policies before any purchase is made.
2. Refunds and Exchanges
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any purchases made in-store. All sales are final.
Exchanges Only: We will only accept exchanges within one week of the original purchase date (NON SALE ITEMS). To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
SALE Items: Please note that sale items are final and are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
3. Customer Responsibility
By proceeding with a transaction in our store, you acknowledge that you have been made aware of and fully understand our sales policies, including the no-refund policy and exchange conditions. You accept that all exchanges must occur within one week of purchase.
4. Limitation of Liability
Diversity Design is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of any products purchased in-store. We do our best to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction, but once a purchase has been made, we cannot be held liable for changes in mind, product misuse, or damages beyond our control.

We travelled from Southend to look at dresses for my daughter after being disappointed in the local shops. The staff were fantastic and really helpful. They were honest and encouraging and my daughter chose a beautiful dress. The prices were also more reasonably priced than in our area.

Fantastic experience today in Diversity! My daughter is absolutely delighted with her beautiful prom dress! The staff are amazing, the two girls who helped us, Emily and Zay were so helpful, supportive & kind. Absolutely credit to the management. The first lady who helped us, I assume she was the manager, was brilliantly efficient! Overall excellent customer service, great choice & range of beautiful dresses & together with the ambiance and vibe of the shop made my daughter one very happy young lady! Thank you so much.

We had a fantastic experience at Diversity Designs - Tash was brilliant with my daughter and gave just the right balance of listening to her likes and encouraging her to think outside the box. The dress we've bought is truly stunning, both the design and the detailing are exquisite. They have a great combination of styles and colourways, whether you're looking for a bold statement or a more subtle take. My daughter really feels like that "main character" in her beautiful dress! We can't thank you enough 🩵

This shop is amazing...they have lots of options of prom dresses and for other occasions. The lady was very kind and helpful. My daughter its very happy with her princess prom dress...a very big thank you 5*

I came prom dress shopping 14/02 with my grandaughter. The store had a good selection of dress styles/colours, varying prices. The staff were attentive - not pushy - guided my grandaughter with colour/style - helped with fitting. one was purchased which was definately not on the style/colour list my grandaughter wanted. Would definately recommend a visit. Thank you

I cannot recommend Diversity Design enough! We visited yesterday looking for a prom dress for my daughter and from the moment we walked in Monika made us feel so welcomed.
We spent over an hour in the shop (we were lucky we came at a quieter time) and tried on numerous dresses. They have a large selection of dresses in all colours and styles and having visited every dress shop down Fonthill Road we found Diversity Design had the most styles to choose from.
Monika was so patient with us and she was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our time there, nothing was too much! In fact Monika encouraged my daughter to try on as many different styles as she possible so she was able to find what she liked. Also very importantly Monika was never pushy or pressured us to buy anything. Would 100% go back if we were ever in need of another dress.

Absolutely love this store, definitely will be coming back for my own prom since this time we were shopping for my sister. The service was better than I could’ve ever imagined, our helper was very honest and helpful. There was a wide selection of diffrent styles like fitted, poofy, fishtail and more. I ended up picking one up for a wedding that im going to and I love it. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Definitely recommend.

Lovely experience, customer service was outstanding with the lady giving me honest opinion and picking out beautiful dresses, she made me try on dresses out of my comfort zone that made me realise that I really suited them. A very large selection to choose from and very good prices, thank you so much!!

Absolutely lovely shop for evening wear, prom and bridesmaid dresses! The selection is stunning elegant, classy, and perfect for any special occasion. I was really impressed with the quality of the dresses and the range of styles and sizes. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, giving honest advice without being pushy. I found the perfect dress and felt amazing in it. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re after something beautiful and unique for your next event.
