Welcome to Diversity Design. By making a purchase in our store, you agree to the following sales terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Sales Policy
In-Store Purchases Only: We do not sell products directly through our website or over the phone. All purchases must be made in-store at our physical location.
Notification of Purchase: Before making any transaction, we will notify customers verbally and provide relevant information on the receipt. This ensures clarity on our policies before any purchase is made.
2. Refunds and Exchanges
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any purchases made in-store. All sales are final.
Exchanges Only: We will only accept exchanges within one week of the original purchase date (NON SALE ITEMS). To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
SALE Items: Please note that sale items are final and are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
3. Customer Responsibility
By proceeding with a transaction in our store, you acknowledge that you have been made aware of and fully understand our sales policies, including the no-refund policy and exchange conditions. You accept that all exchanges must occur within one week of purchase.
4. Limitation of Liability
Diversity Design is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of any products purchased in-store. We do our best to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction, but once a purchase has been made, we cannot be held liable for changes in mind, product misuse, or damages beyond our control.
