Customer service is top!! Tash was so helpful in helping me find the most perfect dress for me, she was so patient with me when I kept asking to try different dresses on. ALSO she really cinches in your waist with the lace tie back dresses. So friendly and gives good advice, will definitely be back 😉

My daughter and I visited the store to buy a prom dress. The dresses were excellent. Monika found us many options and was very patient in deciding on the design and color of the dress. I recommend it, you are amazing. Thank you ✨

Everyone in the store is very kind and helpful but we wanted to say a special thank you to Emily for her outstanding customer service. She was patient, friendly, and nothing was ever too much trouble. She worked incredibly hard helping customers, finding different sizes, putting away dresses and keeping everything running smoothly, all while making everyone feel valued and never rushed.
All the stores in that area have lovely dresses, but we'll definitely return to this one because of the excellent customer service. She's a real asset to the team and would be fantastic at training others. Thank you Emily and Team for making our shopping experience so enjoyable!

Very positive experience! My daughter was quite nervous but the ladies in the shop made her feel super confident and they really knew their stuff. A huge selection of lovely dresses as well. And even though the shop was really busy, you never felt like you were being rushed and they really wanted to make sure you left with the right dress. Would highly recommend Diversity Design (which was also recommend to me!).

If I could give more than 5 stars I really would. The staff are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to find the perfect dress. The manager is the most kindest loveliest person you could ever meet she had so much patience with my daughter letting her take her time to choose the dress that she wanted. I would totally recommend this shop beautiful dresses beautiful prices and the most helpful and friendly staff what more could you want when you are prom shopping. They really do take the stress out of choosing the perfect dress and make you feel so welcome to keep trying on a number of dresses until you are complety happy. Thank you so much for all the advice you gave my daughter you went above and beyond.

Fantastic place! Bought my daughter’s prom dress today and the ladies in there were so patient and kind. They weren’t pushy like in the other shops and let us look around without constantly talking to us but were there when we needed them. They didn’t push to buy anything and even held a dress for us and told my daughter to go look around other shops so she was sure!
An amazing choice of dresses for all shapes and sizes and all reasonably priced. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a dress for prom or any special occasion!

I had an absolutely great experience yesterday! There was a wide variety of dresses to suit all and the staff were really nice. Special thank you to Emily for the amazing service and for being so helpful and patient when I was trying and choosing my dress. The dress is beautiful and the quality was amazing! I'd definitely recommend to anyone!

We visited here to get my very very fussy daughters prom dress. Tash was absolutely brilliant with her. Knew the right colour and shape for her. We bought the first dress she tried as she loved it straight away This was after trying on multiple dresses in different shops. Tasha was able to persuade her to try on something out of her comfort zone.
They have a great range of beautiful well made dresses in a variety of colours, shapes and sizes.

Went prom dress shopping with my daughter and had such a lovely experience. The staff were fantastic — especially Ryan. They were friendly, never pushy, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole visit. The selection of dresses was beautiful, and what really impressed us was how well they understood my daughter’s style. They suggested a dress she never would have picked for herself, and it ended up being the one. She left feeling confident and excited, which made the whole trip worth it. Highly recommend!

We travelled from Southend to look at dresses for my daughter after being disappointed in the local shops. The staff were fantastic and really helpful. They were honest and encouraging and my daughter chose a beautiful dress. The prices were also more reasonably priced than in our area.

Fantastic experience today in Diversity! My daughter is absolutely delighted with her beautiful prom dress! The staff are amazing, the two girls who helped us, Emily and Zay were so helpful, supportive & kind. Absolutely credit to the management. The first lady who helped us, I assume she was the manager, was brilliantly efficient! Overall excellent customer service, great choice & range of beautiful dresses & together with the ambiance and vibe of the shop made my daughter one very happy young lady! Thank you so much.
