I cannot recommend Diversity Design enough! We visited yesterday looking for a prom dress for my daughter and from the moment we walked in Monika made us feel so welcomed.
We spent over an hour in the shop (we were lucky we came at a quieter time) and tried on numerous dresses. They have a large selection of dresses in all colours and styles and having visited every dress shop down Fonthill Road we found Diversity Design had the most styles to choose from.
Monika was so patient with us and she was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our time there, nothing was too much! In fact Monika encouraged my daughter to try on as many different styles as she possible so she was able to find what she liked. Also very importantly Monika was never pushy or pressured us to buy anything. Would 100% go back if we were ever in need of another dress.

Lovely dresses and the staff were amazing. Far went out of her way to recommend styles and colours and was really helpful and calm even when the shop was busy.
Absolutely love this store, definitely will be coming back for my own prom since this time we were shopping for my sister. The service was better than I could’ve ever imagined, our helper was very honest and helpful. There was a wide selection of diffrent styles like fitted, poofy, fishtail and more. I ended up picking one up for a wedding that im going to and I love it. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Definitely recommend.
Lovely experience, customer service was outstanding with the lady giving me honest opinion and picking out beautiful dresses, she made me try on dresses out of my comfort zone that made me realise that I really suited them. A very large selection to choose from and very good prices, thank you so much!!
Absolutely lovely shop for evening wear, prom and bridesmaid dresses! The selection is stunning elegant, classy, and perfect for any special occasion. I was really impressed with the quality of the dresses and the range of styles and sizes. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, giving honest advice without being pushy. I found the perfect dress and felt amazing in it. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re after something beautiful and unique for your next event.
I recently visited this shop to get a dress for my wife’s engagement and had a fantastic experience. The staff were very polite, helpful, and not pushy at all—unlike many of the other shops around. They made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The selection was great, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this place and gladly give them five stars!
Everyone in there was so nice I had the best experience out of all the shops on the road , the lady who helped we was such a lovely person and was so welcoming . I loved my dress so much and there was so many beautiful dresses in there
I had an amazing experience at this shop. Customer service was really great; they helped me pick the right size, gave me honest advice, and were not at all pushy to purchase the dress. One of the workers was especially impressing; she managed to multitask, making service run smoothly, and was so helpful!
There are a range of prices which are good compared to some other shops. The dress I bought was beautiful and they have an amazing selection! Overall, I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a prom dress or just a fancy dress in general!

I had such a great experience at this prom dress shop! The selection was amazing — they had so many beautiful styles, from classic elegant gowns to more modern and unique designs. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient and understanding , offering honest advice without being pushy. They really listened to what I wanted and helped me find a dress that fit perfectly and made me feel confident. The quality of the dresses was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for the perfect prom dress .
This place is a gem and highly recommended. It has a great selection of evening/prom dresses. The ladies are all so welcoming and attentive. Tash has been especially amazing in liaising with me over email about a dress my daughter had seen on our first visit. x
The only dress shop within 2 hours from our house that had beautiful stock that my daughter could choose from.

No pressure to buy on our first visit but Monica was absolutely amazing with us, we returned after a few weeks when we were sure of what we wanted and Tash held the dress for us as we were travelling and hour and a half.

Took my daughter her today, for the most beautiful dress for her prom, the welcoming from walking in, to the trying it on was absolutely amazing, Tasha was amazing and made my baby girl feel really confident ❤️ thank you to the beautiful lady that help zip the dress up and make sure it fitted comfortably. I would recommend this dress shop to anyone, that wants to feel comfortable and so many beautiful dresses and styles to choose from. Lots of love and thank you once again. Xxxx
